1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bouncers application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Purpose & Eligibility

Bouncers is an experimental, private TikTok companion designed for rapid prototyping and personal testing of AI-generated short-form videos. The App is provided solely for individual, non-commercial use by the account owner.

3. License & Usage

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.
• You must comply with all applicable TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer policies.
• Redistribution, resale, or public offering of the App or its output is strictly prohibited.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any videos or assets you upload. By using the App you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purposes of generating and uploading videos to your TikTok account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code.
• Automated spam, harassment, or violation of TikTok community rules.
• Using the App for any unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Your use is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bouncers and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or TikTok’s policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
